At HN Electric Pakistan, customer satisfaction, product quality, and trust are very important to us. We try our best to provide reliable electrical products, solar accessories, protection devices, breakers, distribution boxes, cables, and related electrical solutions across Pakistan.

This Refund & Return Policy explains when a product can be returned, when a refund may be issued, and how customers can request support after receiving an order from https://hnelectric.pk.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if the product meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product received is different from the order

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged by the customer, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original packaging where applicable.

2. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact HN Electric Pakistan within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide the following details when requesting a return:

  • Order number

  • Customer name and phone number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear pictures or video of the product

  • Pictures of packaging if the parcel was damaged

  • Payment proof if required

After reviewing your request, our support team will guide you about the next steps.

3. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered by HN Electric Pakistan.

If the issue is confirmed from our side, we may guide the customer regarding return shipping support or replacement options.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The wrong product was shipped from our side

  • The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock

  • A return request is approved after inspection

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the return is approved.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds may be processed through one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • JazzCash

  • Easypaisa

  • SadaPay

  • Original payment method, where applicable

The refund method may depend on the payment method used at the time of purchase and the available refund option.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used electrical products

  • Installed electrical devices

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Products affected by burning, overloading, water damage, or short circuit

  • Items without original packaging

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Electrical and solar products must be installed by qualified professionals. HN Electric Pakistan is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsafe wiring, misuse, or unqualified handling.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers are requested to share clear pictures or videos of the received product and packaging so our team can review the issue quickly.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution depending on the product condition and availability.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the return process after receiving the product.

9. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected before refund approval. If the product is found used, damaged by the customer, installed, incomplete, or not in its original condition, the return or refund request may be rejected.

HN Electric Pakistan reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests based on product condition and policy requirements.
