Refund & Return Policy

At HN Electric, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with a product, and we’re here to make the return or refund process as smooth as possible.


Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, contact us at info@hnelectric.pk or WhatsApp 0344-7394650 with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • Item is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • Incorrect item shipped from our side

  • Product is unavailable or out of stock

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via:

  • Bank transfer

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • Or back to the original payment method (if applicable)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed electrical devices

  • Items damaged by misuse or faulty installation

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Products without original packaging
